I stayed in a Single Room. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean, which was great. I appreciated having a kettle and cups for tea. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, but the room felt a bit cramped since the sink and toilet were in a separate room. I could hear noise from the restaurant nearby early in the morning. It was alright for one night.

I had a cozy stay in a charming basement room. The location was a stone's throw from multiple tube stations, which made getting around a breeze. I especially appreciated the provided fan since it got pretty warm during my stay. the buzz-in security gave me peace of mind while exploring the area.

This hotel offers a great location and friendly, helpful staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and breakfast was adequate, though basic. However, room 803 in the basement was quite noisy, and the bathroom was very cramped, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location is a winner, just a short walk from Bayswater Tube and close to a handful of restaurants. Compact, clean room with functional tea and coffee facilities makes it a practical choice for anyone on a tight schedule.
The room felt cramped, especially if you're planning an extended stay. mine was under the stairs and hardly spacious enough for a suitcase. Noise levels were quite high—could hear everything from adjacent rooms, including a charming baby cry. The bathroom could use a thorough scrub, and the furniture definitely showed signs of age, which didn't match the overall feel of the hotel. Limited breakfast options left me wanting, especially with only a continental spread instead of something warm and filling. Lastly, slight inconsistencies in heating made for some uncomfortable moments during my stay.

It was just a commendable fit for a short layover in London with very good value for money. The staff were amazing. they called a taxi for us, which made leaving so much easier. Be sure to check if they can accommodate special needs as they are very helpful.
